you must beat a time cheat first. an easy one is the run way level. you just grab the key and run to the plane. and dont worry about shooting people you wont die if you dont stop running!!!!

You need to beat a time cheat first and it will be access the Cheat Menu on the front page of your file. Try beating the first level on easy in 5 mins I believe. the Dam you can beat on either easy or medium in 5 mins also. Both of these are really easy.
