if you go to the forest and press start you see power cells and it shows if you got it or not and i dont know how to get or open the door thing?

The door you are looking for is the one at the top of the gradual incline on the side of the temple. There is a blue eco vent on an upper plateau (above the trampoline?) that you will need to start from. Get powered up with blue eco and then jump and run and roll & jump as fast as you can to get to that door before you run out of eco power.
