I found it not too long ago. It's in the mushroom forest as a Choose Artifact after the 5th year. It is also very rare to find, so it may take you quite a while to get it.

I'm looking for it too, but I did see it (once) as a "Choose Artifact" at the end of a stage. I just can't remember which one, though. It was close to home, I can remember that much. If you happen to come across it, please tell me.

You can find it in the mushroom forest after you get enough bonus and kill the boss you cn choose it as an item!
