I'd like to know if there's a way to have Seymour (using cheats of Action Replay or Xplorer) in party and be able to develop him as every normal character can.

Nope. There's no way to have Seymour in your party. Not with Action Replay, not with Game Shark, and not with divine intervention.

my friend did it i cant remember what he used but seymore died and then disappeared
