the reason reptile isn't in the game is because they chose not to put him there. go make your own game and put reptile in it your game your choice

At the end of Reptile's ending in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, reptile was shown wandering around the Lava Pit where Nitara and Cyrax had just been. He eventually came across the Dragon Egg and it hatched; shooting a bright light into Reptile. Now, Reptile is a "vessal" for the Dragon King. So technically Reptile is in the game, but just not really.
