When I was at gamefaqs.com, they said a bunch of crap about piping for rare weapons or enemies. Could someone please tell me what that is and how to do it?

When you first enter a room, instead of killing the monsters, you continually telepipe up and down until you see a rare monster. Sometimes with the rappies and the lilies, it will change. In a room of ob lilies for example, you telepipe up and then down from a safe place like in a doorway where you can see but can't get hit and there might be a mil lily there instead which gives you a better chance of getting a rare. Sometimes you might spend 20 or 30 telepipes to get an item, but it's faster than doing an entire quest or something over and over to find one item.
