Need the bomb anf the camera. Throw the bomb at the guy at the concession stand to blow up the soda machine and use the camera to take a picture of the rockin car at the screen and a fat lady will come out and try to kill you. Then with her following you run past the purple soda river. She will slip on the soda and you will get a ticket.
