it has diffrent flags. it is under that green thing on the beach island thing. it is shaped as a shell when you lift the green thing up

You have to go to The Hot Kettle Cafe and look at the poster on the wall, with the flags on it. You copy them down and go back to the beach and type in the letters in order. They should spell out Rosebud.

i havent played for like six months but i think each flag resembles a letter that you can find in the girls boat that got vandalized. im not sure about this but i hope you try it.
