This is hard, I tried every way to follow her in that train and I can't get to her in time. I drive like crazy to get her and it's no use. Please help.

Well one way is to watch where that monorail car is turning. The other way is to put in that immunity cheat so the cops won't chase you. Since the road is so wet, you might have to brake a little sooner approaching the turns and nail the accelerator a little earlier in the turns. Oh yeah, if you tried the mission before and know where Jesse is going, see if you can create some helpful shortcuts while trying to keep up with that monorail car.
