use magnum1or2 havwe at least four of one of them try to have invisible for when he does his drill attacks definatly use chips that have 75 attack or higher and thats all i did and i passed

Use chips like Shotgun, HeatShot, Bubbler, or Wideswords. Remember that slow attacks don't work.
just get a electric sword,wood sword,aqua sword,fire sword,and others.when he is coming at u move left or right and SLASH him. if u did this u can delete him easy.

oh and to find him go to where u c four doors that need tetra codes near scilab in the cyber world and thats when he steals alpha and u do battle and u WILL also face him again near the end of the game
