How do you find the boomslang skin??

I know it's pathetic but I'm on level 90 but no boomslang skin for the last year its gettting a bit annoying!!!

In Snape's office, on the wall there is a snake. Go to the tail end of it and press A. You should now have boomslang. How did you get the Beetle stuff, the third ingredient?
