You must use a wireless adapter to trade the mystery gift. Out of the mystery gift will come a aurora ticket.Use that ticket to get to 8 island from Vermilion city.There will be 2 caves.The left cave has a level 70 HO-HO and the right has a level 70 Lugia.

You must get them in either pokemon silver or gold and than use the gameboy game transfer pack to put them onto your list.
