you need a relicanth first in your party, wailord last.go to pacifidlog surf west to da strong currents. stay at the bottom of the currents til you find a place to dive. when you find it dive and go down through the water til you come to some braille. dive right in front of it. use dig at the end of the cave go through the gap and to the end of the next section. this will start an earthquake. go to the desert north of mauville. go near enough the bottom and you find a cave go in. go to the braaille and go righttwo steps and down two steps then use strengh. it might sound weird but it opens the chamber leading to regi rock.
