At the bigining you rush the guys the waitress and the other guys who come out of the doors and hit them then when you come to the big room you go through the middle and go right hit the guys lying down and shoot the guy walking arond in the middle and go to the green arrow.

There are two men in the locker room. There is one man on the other side of a set of lockers on front of you when you start. Wait until he's facing away from you run up to him and press the Punch button. After he is stunned, take cover on the second set of lockers where you can see the second man. When he's facing away from you, run to him and stun him. If you move along slightly, a woman should be walking away from you. Wait until you get close to her then shoot her with the Tranquilizing Gun. When you're next to the steam room, an old man walks out. Hide from him then stun him. There two more steam rooms with men in them, repeat what you did to the first one. Walk towards the final room, run to the man walking back and forth in the centre without running into bucket. Make sure you're behind him then stun him. Run towards the green arrow and avoid buckets on your way.
