you mean those question mark eggs? if you're talking about the question mark eggs then go to the wooded hollow and look for a giant house that looks like an egg. give the mysterious eggs to that giant chicken and you'll unlock some cool stuff!

Ok, i'm not sure if this is exactly what you are asking about but it might be. The eggs that you collect, you can make tooie shoot them at the bad guys
