Try and use the same strageties that u need to beat him in the first world?? Maybe it will work and maybe not but it is worth a try!!!!!

use Pipsi. she has the best handling and that makes it easier to maneuver your way through the final race. (note: you'll have to race wizpig a bunch of times to get used to the course and know what to expect.)
