If you're confused on how to teach them different abilitys almost every weapon has a special ability to a different type of people you can change their job say archer to a fencer (fencer's are cool) and have them fight with a certain weapon if you press r in the abilitys section of checken out your party you'll see they have ap poionts when they get enough from dispatch and fighting they'll master it so if you equipt a new weapon they'll still be able to use the other weapon's ablity if you mix other job's abilitys you'll get new jobs unlocked i once kept having a character do the same dispatch mission over and over and i got a lvl 11 red mag and my highest character was an 8!!! just keep doing missions and people will want to join your clan. (hope that covers evrything)
