to pass the river u must get archers and calvery then kill everyone on ur side of the river.then go to the very top of ur side send a scout into the river far enough so hes not shot but close enough so he can see the trees.then use there fire arrow ability to burn the trees (the archers should move)then send ur scout back to ur infantry and send ur calvery to the other side so they can take out the archers if they are close enough to still shoot u.then send all ur people as fast as u can to the other side to the back of that side and down the edge if u dont make it then restart the lvl and try again but it should work the first time.

ok this is how i got through the stage......you will aquire an archer who could shoot REALLY FAR ACROSS THE RIVER.......afterwards shoot the archers across ther river(suggest to kill all)then make your way acroos the river thats it......

i did not get to have a ranged archer so i did this.......

have a calvary and what ever army you want but you need a calvary.....

get you calvary and rush across the river(at the end of a river you must cross otherwise you will die) then whlie the calvry is 3/4th across the river have your main group cross then the other group.........have the calvary run over the first set of archers then have you in the extraction point.........(have all groups in the extraction point or let both groups die exept for you....make sure you are in the extraction point.....
