Where are the 2 shops in Jackson Heights for NFSU 2?

I have checked everywhere possible but can't spot any coloured street lights. I have found the body shop there, but no other shops.

go to the body shop and then drive past it on the right you should see the red light it is a paint shop.

they are right next to each other in jackson heights when you head in take a left up the road way (head west) and the body shop sign is big hard to miss if youre looking for it. the paint shop is right next to it. just look. do some donuts in the lot while you're there. and buy an escalade. they're awesome. and never forget, mitsubishi eclipse rawk
