you're right about that but you have to go to the sevii islands and get the ruby and saffire from the cave on the volcano and five island secret hole then the scientest will take it from you. you must go to rocket hedquaters and battle him.

1.Beat Elite 4 and champion.
2. Catch 60 pokemon.
3.Get new pokedex from proffesor oak.
4.link in direct corner with cabel(not wireless adapter).
