In dragon arena defet Napa when he has broken in. note: you must be between the levels 10-20

IN DRAGON ARENA MODE CHOOSE 1P vs COM. THEN PICK ANY CHARACTERS FROM LEVEL 10-30. WHILE YOU PLAYING NAPPA WILL BREAK IN. DEFEAT NAPPA TO UNLOCK SAIBAMAN.
