I have already gotten bowser hit two times by the bombs, but i cant get the third one.

It can be a pain, you have to keep trying. Tyr not to through him off the edge. This will keep him from breaking off sections of the arena which should give you a better chance.
I, also lured him close to one of the spiked bombs so I had an easier time of it.
