There is no cheat that gets all gaps "sorry": But if u do get all the gaps u can play as any civilian u meet thewout the game.

no but if u get the gaps on your own u can play as any NPC in the game! with maxed out stats
ps the russian tank commander rules if you can get all the gaps i have

I'm sorry but there is no way to get all gaps. If you get all gaps you get special powers.
