Go to the side of the statue with the dragon door, jump up on top of the rock just below the dragon door. Now double jump to get to the statue. Finally you hit the statue with your melee weapon, this will topple the statue. Now simply walk acrosss the statue to the otherside (you may have to give a little small jump to get onto the statue).
