How do i get tolbi-bound ship to set sail to tolbi?

go to kalay and then go to the inn, talk to tourists in there then leave kalay and go to the boat.

Talk to people in kalay stay a night at the inn then go to leave kalay from the west exit then a movie will start about tourists going to the boat then buy a ticket then go on the boat then they will say they need warriors to protect the boat thats you then someone will get mad for some reason i forget but he will steal the captians lucky charm and he will hide it on the mast the tallest part of the boat there will be monster attacks so be warned

the first one is right but you still have to go to the door at the and of the boat and go down stairs wich is behind the pole
