if you mean blackwater city planet rilgar then to get passed it you have to have the hidrodisplacer. good luck!

You need the hydrodisplacer to suck the water out of the pools, and pump them somewhere else in.

once u get the hydrodisplacer then u must run from the water that is trying to drown u, then u meet Captain what's hisface and then he also trys to kill u and i can not tell you the rest b/c it will ruin the game for u. anyway once u bet it u will play it again with u'r same items so u can get all of u'r gold weapons.

When you get to trhe place were there are to green blobs in like a big round thing below you stay on top and walk around til you see the sewer water running down....jump down that and step on the thing that opens the door it opens run as fast you u can to the other side without drowing u will then find the hover board races

i have the same problem, i cant get out without drowning, just keep trying, and run fast.

use stretcch jumps alot but not when unnecessary and use weapons that you can just hold down like the pyrocitor.
