u can ride in a pelacan not drive it because iv done it like 10 times and it worked.u go to the level after outskirts and when you get to the spot where you have to go inside the building kill everything exept you marines and when the 2 pelacans come go infront of the building go up the steps and when the pelacan coms and drops off marines go to where they come out jump up and press x p.sif it dosen't work move back a bit and then then tri again.p.p.sdo it fast!!!!!!!!

Actually you can. in the mission where you destroy the scarab u come to a bulding where some marines are. after u destroy the wraiths and ghosts two pelicans come. one havers over the building and the other goes to the small bridge nearest to the smae building. the one over the bridge will drop some marines. at that moment u need to be under the pelican. right after they come out jump up and press and hold X. it help to have a ghost, hog or wraith under u so you can reach it easier. but i wouldn't do this. when the pelican leaves it flys away from the building. then a glitch happens and the pelican will be thrown out of controll. if u r lucky u will survive and be thrown into an area u can never escape. the pelican will be spinning on the ground and if you try to flip it over (an icon will apear when you approach it) it will just spin faster and possibly kill u.
