well, obviously you get all the badges and hm's go to pallet town surf to the water on right keep going until you reach a tunnel enter it exit out of the other exit battle some trainers if you have to keep on going and you'll reach a cave go through the cave and in the other exit, you'll battle your rival beat him and exit you arrived at the elite four!
