How can I fid the hidden power cell in Mountain Pass?

Don't even bother trying this one the first time around; you need to open up the Yellow Eco Vent Switch in Snowy Mountian.
After you take the HUGE jump, grab the yellow eco and lean left. There should be stone that you can shatter with a blast. Hop the exposed jump and a Power Cell is yours.
