when im punching the bag i dont know how to get it to swing and make him it a lot harder

to get the bag to swing hard, you must punch with a right hook, then when the bag is swinging in front of you about to go right again, punch a left hook, when it is in front of you starting to swing left again, do a right hook and so on. you must time all of your punches and you will be successful
