a jet rank is this: go to the main menu and click load game, then go to the garage and talk to roboy and talk to him, click the A buttun too continue and go to the chalenges... wen you finish you will have a rank, get a jet rank a couple times and get the people

a jet rank is when you finish a test run. so if you finish a test run you get a jet rank
