Im at the part where you must pass the guards to get to aleksandr in St.Basil and I keep getting caught by the guards.

go up the ladders then go to the right if the bowl thing after the patrol passes there u should c a flashing ladder climb up it then go halfway across the wire (DONT GO ALL THE WAY ACROSS OR U WILL RING THE BELL AND ALERT THE GUARDS)drop down out of the bowl and go 2 alexander
