Yeah, it's simply your fault if your spinning and hacking, problem is your hacking and the only fix available is to write support@steampowered.com, provide them with your valid steam account to verify you own steam, then tell them which hack your using, they can then send you a patch to fix this problem of spinning. You have to send them your details in full and the patch your using, otherwise they wont be able to send you the right patch. They want you to use it on non vac servers, but you can still use it on vac servers provided the admin doesn't catch you.
