how do i dule arkana he is in the card shop but he dose not show on the skreen all there is are the shopkeeper and that other guy.

Ok, first in Clock Tower Square, find the duelist in the light tan jacket, he is in the screen underneath the big clock, and he is standing next to the tables. Duel him, then afterwords, but only if you win, talk to him, and then go to card shop, where arkana is now standing.
