on the 2nd mission when your driving the car...you cant destroy the truck or anything but you have to disable it. how do i do that? do i just follow it or what?

To disable the truck, drive up to it as close as you can. Cycle through your weapons an you should find one called Q pulse. Fire it off when you get close enough to the truck that you can bump into its bumper or either side.
