all you need to do is go to lavender town. near the entrance to the radio tower there is a man who will give you a kanto radio card, just like the one you got in johto. when you go to the last station, there will be a station called "Poke flute". walk up to a snorlax and go to the last station. get out of the radio(it will still be playing)and watch snorlax wake up.

you turn on your pokemon radio and turn it to the last frequiency, the pokemon flute and then press A once you get to snorlax and a 50lv snorlax will wake up and battle you
be careful, he sleeps alot and regains all health again and uses snore in his sleep

first u have to get the generator piece in the cerulean gym(top right corner in the hole there)then give the piece to the guy nearest to the generator,next fly to lavender town and talk to mr.fuji and i think he'll give u a flute or get it in mr.fuji's house.

you need to get da generaTOR FROM the gym in cerelean,then take it 2 da pp,go to lavender r.tower and get expn card, then go put it by snorelax
