i don't know how to break the crack in the middle of the dome with the ice and bomb guys.

You climb onto the ledge and headbutt the ice right in the centre. You have to fly tyo reach the centre then headbutt.

You can get the gems under the ice by: go on the normal path. in the walkway,jump, then glide over to the crack in the ice. when you are right above the crack during your glide,do a headbash
(I know you've been frustrated, it took me a while to figure this out.)
