In Witchyworld, the fat bear is not supposed to be moved into the train. After, you feed him the burger, use the Taxi Pack move (Banjo only, Z + C-Left), that you learn behind the small waterfall in Terrydactyland(River Passage), to pick him up in your pack and take him back to his mom. JIGGY!!!

He's not supposed to go in the train you have to take him to his mom, and to move him you have to learn the taxi pack in terrydactyland behind the second waterfall, but you have to fly from a flying pad to go there next the taxi pack is for Banjo so you have to find a spliting up pad.
