Answer
In other words, I create a player named Rob. My cousin creates a player named Matt. When we go to the season to race, both cars have the name Matt as the primary driver. How do I fix this?

I dont know the answer but I checked it out and you're right. Their is no way to create two seperate drivers in the season modes.
