go to pallet town then go down until there is water then use surf until you find cinnabar island.

go from pallet town and find the water area at the bottom. then surf until you reach the island! it's on your map!!!

once you have got surf from the safari zone in fuchia city, go to pallet town(where you started)and go down to the bottom and there will be water. surf all the way down untill you get to cinnabar island. dont go off to the left or right just keep going straight down other wise you might get lost. there are little platforms and small islands but cinnabar is alot bigger and has buildings on it.
