In Goku's Dragon Universe mode, defeat Kid Buu with the super spirit bomb. Note: you must have the skill Super Saiyan on and the Skill Spirit bomb on and turn hyper mode with L1 and L2 and launch the attach with L1 and L2 before you are Super Saiyan. You must force the attack all the way, defeat Kid Buu. Note: this move does not have to be a finishing move, after you defeat Kid Buu you'll be invited to the world tournament to face Uub, defeat him to unlock him.

When fighting kid buu use the spirit ball technique and win Vegeta Play through dragon universe with Goku.

AS goku (in dragon universe mode) defeat kid buu with a SUCCSSESFUL super spirit bomb(notice not regular spirit bomb, but a SUPER spirit bomb) to launch the move, be a super saiyan, and hit p.g.k.e. After doing that go to world tournament and defeat uub to gt his capsule
