Have you tried pressing be and waiting for the elevators?

It gets dark...put on night-vision. Now go through the only doors you can until you reach the stairs. Go up and turn left, then access the elevator and wait. This should take 10-75 seconds. Get inside, and for safety try leaving Dr. Carrol behind (this prevents mission failure), then objective 1 should be complete. After getting out turn right and access that elevator. You may need a sheild so go to the door on your left first (if there is). Then go to the same floor as Cassandra's office and take 2 rights. Go through the open door in the area (not foyer elevator) and go through all of the guards. As soon as you reach a door with stairs behind it (may take a few tries) go up the stairs and into the room thats about 1 floor below the top. After getting their back up all the way then left all the way, then forward until you hit something. Turn on night-vision and choose your weapon by holding the A button down and choosing with your controller stick. I advise you to choose the shotgun, then hold down B until you get to the double-blast. Shoot the guards down then go up. After going through the two doors it should be simple enough to leave you be, as you may allready know your way from there from the first mission (Datadyne Central: Something). After you go to the elevator Objective 3 is done and mission successful. Objective 2 was done as soon as you killed all of the female guards in and above the entire building. Your welcome!
