Flipendo the warthog to lift his flaming head long enough to run past after nabbing the spell book. Then light each urn with the new spell Incendio to be lit approximately the same time. Try doing 2 on each side of the room first, to the left of the main entrance first, then around to the other two. You'll hear the gates go up then go for it. The flames need to stay burning about the same time for it to work. (After numerous "arggs" and various exclamations of giving up, my 6 yr. old noted this theory would maybe work... outta the mouths of babes!)
