you need 5 way shot extra speed and when ever your turbo is on yellow go close to the dragon and press A and Z that makes the dragons heath low

You need the Ice Ax of Unther. Get the Obsilisks in the first two levels than go to the second realm and find the Ice Ax in Tresury. Also get a five-way shot and a ice amulet.
