How do get the x02 to 55000ft to get the satalite on free mode?????

Ok, one, what satilite?!? I've played the game for over a year and I've never heard of a satilite. Two, It is not possible to get any plane including the X-02 to 55000ft, trust me, I've tryed. Sorry to crush your hopes of finding some satilite which dosn't exist.
