Heres one location:

Act 1: 3 Chao

[] – At the start of the level, run to the right and go
past a loop and spring up and to the left and you’ll end
p above the loop with a switch next to you. Hit the
switch and the spring on the left becomes activated,
Bounce off it and you’ll be thrown into two palm tree
like catapults and you’ll land next to a rock. Break the
rock and the chao is right there.

[] – After springing off the bungee cord, stay still and
land, go right and make 2 quick jumps. One the moment you
step on the water slide to grab the pole and again when
you grab the pole. The chao is to the right. Tails or
Tails Air Team up will get you there too.

[] – If you decide to skip our strategy to get the 3rd
chao above then just take the rail instead of flying to
the wooden platform above and you should come across a
loop that you can fly on top of. Take the moving
platforms there and go right till you end up on the ledge
with a 1-up and the Chao.
