Do exactly this.. BEFORE entering your house. shift control and c at the same time.. you'll get a little box at the top of your screen. Remember it is case sensetive, then type exactly this:

boolProp testingcheatsenabled true

You'll literally be able to drag your meters up with your mouse, including moods, skills AND friendship levels!! It's the best cheat. Plus if you hold down shift and click on someone, (once you're in the house) you have a ton more options.. including making someone selectable who normally isn't and unselectable again as you choose. Remember though, you can't make someone live with you just because they're selectable.(they leave when the game's shut off or you leave the house. You still have to ask them to move in while they're unselectable but this is very easy to do since you now control moods and friendship levels There are a ton of options.. you'll figure them out as you navigate through them.

My other favorite cheat of course is the money cheat. Use the same cheat window as above (control, shift and c at the same time) While you're in a house, type exactly this: Motherlode

You'll get only 50,000 dollars at a time but you can enter it as many times as you like!

I got a cheat somewhere where you can click on the mailbox and it has a bunch of different things you can do. One it has is "Make all happy". If you click that it will make the mood meters for everyone in the family living on that lot full. I can't remember where I found it though...lol.
