To re-open the mouth of K.Rool's fortress, you need to finish the creepy castle level, defeat the boss, open the 7th lock of K.lumsy's cage and he will re-open the mouth again. To get to the mouth, you must have tiny's monkeyport. Find tiny's pad and teleport to the top walk all the way up and enter the mouth.
