u have to make ur car a certain amount of stars so u get a magazine or DVD and then u get URLs and u unlock a new stage

You may also need to go to your garage then go to the world map. scroll through all of the stages and races, they should all say completed, if not then race that race to complete it. when the race starts hit pause and then restart, other wise you will not receive any rep points or bank.
