you have to go to the options then turn it on then it should work if it doesnt work then you got somthing amater with your game.

you may need to pass the infiltration challenge with gold trophy so you can get the new hat.this may help the cheat to work.

keep playing elit,ameter levels then you will unlock types of hats.
